Bang for your buck at boutique development

Stage two of a boutique residential development located in Clarkson’s  centre has just been released, consisting of 13 house and land packages priced at $399,000.

Nu Wealth Executive Director Daniel McQuillan said stage one of the Ocean Central development had sold out and he expected the 13 house and land packages in stage two to sell quickly.

“Apart from an unbeatable price of just $399,000, qualified buyers can obtain government grants and incentives from the developer of up to $40,000 if they purchase a home in stage two before March 31, 2022,” he said.

“A new two-storey display home at the development has just opened to give interested buyers an exact view of how these quality homes will look like when constructed.

“The display home is open between 12pm and 1.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.”

Mr McQuillan said buyers could choose from a range of designs based on three-bedroom, two-bathroom configurations.

“Specifically designed to facilitate easy, modern, relaxed lifestyles, each two-storey home features a designer kitchen with quality stone benchtops and a generous open-plan dining and living area that extends outdoors to a terrace for seamless indoor/outdoor living,” he said.

“All of the homes have double garages and include quality fixtures and finishes, including air-conditioning, a dishwasher, a clothes dryer and a storeroom.”

Nu Wealth Strategic Advisor Craig Gemmill said the stage two properties were primed for strong capital growth because of their strategic location and huge buyer demand for homes in Perth.

“Over the past several months, this strong demand for established homes in Perth has seen the number of properties available for sale crash to below 8000,” he said.

“I have been in the residential building sector in Perth for three decades and all indicators point to another housing boom in the city.

“Astute buyers who qualify for all of the available grants and developer incentives can secure one of these quality homes for around $360,000, which is a steal considering they are located within walking distance to Clarkson town centre.

“From their new home, buyers can simply stroll to a huge variety of cafes, restaurants and shops on Ocean Keys Boulevard, which includes the Ocean Keys Shopping Centre with over 120 speciality stores.

“Small-lot living in the town centre of Clarkson is now becoming very popular with local property buyers, especially downsizers in the local area who want to enjoy the facilities it has to offer without the burden of maintaining a large home.

“These homes offer fantastic value for money when you consider they are full turnkey with quality floor coverings and window treatments, plus internal painting.”

Mr Gemmill said the properties offered the opportunity to purchase a quality home at an affordable price in a suburb which had strong potential for capital growth moving forward.

“The nearby train station means it is only 30 minutes commuting time to the Perth CBD, and Clarkson’s coastal location will underpin property values over the long term because the Perth property market is driven by lifestyle factors,” he said.

“Buyers can purchase a house and land package in stage two immediately through very flexible deposit terms which are exclusive to this development.

“For example, first homebuyers can secure their new home in this prime location for less than one per cent deposit.”
